UK PROCESSING TIME
Standard delivery: Your order will take 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process, and it will ship and arrive within 2 business days after that.
Express delivery: Your order will take 1 business day for our warehouse to process before it is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once processed and dispatched:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: 48 hours
UK EXPRESS: Next working day
From time to time, especially during peak seasons (such as the holiday period). It may take longer for your parcel to arrive. Once the parcel is with the carrier it is out of our control. We really do thank you for your patience. If it’s been eight days and still no sign of your item(s), please do get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to sort for you!
UK DELIVERY CARRIERS
In the UK all standard orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48. For express shipping, orders will go out via DPD. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for third party delays or to reasons out of our control.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you placed an order by mistake or you simply changed your mind, please contact us via email to request a cancellation and refund. Please be aware that we will not accept cancellations if the order has already been processed and ready to be dispatched. Our processing time is 1-2 working days so any cancellation request must arrive by midnight on the day of purchase.
Given the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns, however if the product arrives damaged, please provide evidence and we will respond according to your preference. You may request a total refund or the replacement of the product.
